Shipping policy

We offer postage Australia wide via AusPost. This is a tracked service with tracking available via your mobile or email provided on your customer account.

While we do try to get your order packed and out the the door within 2 days we cannot guarantee this at certain times of the season.

We do not accept any responsibility for the estimates displayed at checkout not meeting expectation if the postal service is slower than usual. In these events we cannot issue refunds for the original postage fee as this is a cost of a third party provider and in no case a reflection of the service SunCoast Skutes provides.
